In addition, both models and photographers give The Walks (the-walks.com) permission to publish their works on The Walks website and its related social media accounts.

Both models and photographers grant an exclusive licence to both use the photographs in their submitted form, and for any re-sizing to better fit The Walks format.

The Walks protects the right to reject and/or amend any contribution or material supplied. All submitted material may or may not be published due to space, editorial review or quality and we can not guarantee publication of any submissions submitted to us.

The Walks reserves the right to edit material and assumes no responsibility concerning any error and/or omission. Furthermore, The Walks is not responsible for any copyright violations or misuse by others.
